| Alice Roche offers a contemporary line of jewelry inspired by the natural and built environment. Handcrafted in her San Francisco studio, Alice’s designs compliment the everyday life style of the modern woman. Using a combination of fabrication and casting Alice works with silver like a pencil sketch defining line weights, movement, texture and positive and negative space. Her process captures an architectural feel and a compelling simplicity.
As the daughter of an architect, Alice has always been inspired to seek out the world of building and design. After receiving a Master’s of Architecture from UC Berkeley, Alice began making jewelry, adapting her design sensibility to a smaller scale that has captivated her since childhood. The exploration of architecture and the act of building guides the creation of each piece of her jewelry from start to finish.
All of Alice Roche jewelry is completed with a semi-matte finish. To clean, use a soft toothbrush with liquid soap and warm water. Clean the piece in a circular motion. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth. |
