| John has been designing and making jewelry since 1976. Unlike many other designers, as a goldsmith he makes the jewelry himself, one piece at a time. This assures each creation is given personal attention and focus from inception to completion. John works in gold (any color, any karat), platinum, palladium, silver and copper in any combination. He has expertise in wax carving and lost wax casting, metal fabrication, and stone setting, including bezel and Pave setting. His degree in organismal biology has given him a unique ability to meld form and function when creating jewelry that wi1l1ast a lifetime. Creating one-of-a-kind pieces for his clients after discussion and collaboration is his passion; it's not just jewelry, it's personal. Born and raised in the Palo Alto, John still resides here with his wife, son, and daughter. |
